(d) The Hostel reserves the right to cancel a booking forthwith and without liability on its part in the event of damage or destruction to the Hostel by fire or any other cause beyond the control of the Hostel which shall prevent it from performing its obligations in connection with any booking. In such an event the Hostel will refund any deposit made but will have no further liability to the Guest.

(f) Cancellation within 3 days before the booked accommodation date will incur a 100% charge of anticipated revenue. The full cost of all days booked will be charged to the card provided, as security. Any change in respect of the booked dates even if the guest rebooks a new period at a later date will be classed as a cancellation. For all group bookings, the cancellation period will be set by a manager at the time booking is made.

(a) Offer can only be claimed when guest books through the Igloo website Booking Button, directly at reception, or by phone/email.
(b) Room category must be the same each night (e.g. 9 nights in a 6 bed mixed dorm = 10th night free in a 6 bed mixed dorm).
(c) If a guest occupies different categories of room during their visits to Igloo Hostels (e.g. private en-suite one night and a 6 bed mixed dorm the next) a stamp card will be made for each room, with the 10th free night being granted after 9 consecutive stays in 1 category of room.
(d) The 10th free night is made with the average price of the past 9 nights. Friday and Saturday nights usually have different prices to weekdays, so if the guest stay 9 Mondays the 10th night could not fall on a Friday or Saturday.
